The hotel was clean, with maids in rooms every day, but lacking in tea or coffee making facilities and facing upcoming demolition for a high-rise replacement. Changing in public toilets due to lack of available room was inconvenient. The location was close to nightlife but had some cleanliness concerns in public areas.
The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short walk from the main beach and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and decent, but the thin walls made the sound from neighboring rooms easily audible. The hotel staff were polite and welcoming, although there were issues with the mattress springs. The dining experience offered a good variety of dishes, although some felt the options for children were lacking.
The hotel served its purpose perfectly for us, a group of lads, with friendly staff and good drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit tired. The food was average, but the hotel features a good-sized pool, making it a great choice for our stay.
